Assistant to Influencer & Comedian (remote) 

Rare Flower Agency is seeking a dynamic and organized assistant to support our high-profile influencer and comedian projects and clients. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage daily email correspondence, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support;

  • Website Management: Manage website for various clients and projects; 

  • Social Media Management: Draft and post engaging carousel posts, and videos across social media platforms; 

  • Creative Support: Assist with graphic design for comedy show flyers and social media promotions; 

  • Community Management: Respond to social media comments and cultivate a positive online presence.

  • Marketing and Sales: Contribute to comedy show marketing efforts and assist with ticket and merchandise sales.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese; 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; 

  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop and Canva, etc.); 

  • Experience in social media management; 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
